Marco Benvenuto graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Salento. He had undertaken a specialization path in Economics and Management in Health, starting from the training offered by the ESTRIS Master (Expert of Innovation Transfer in Health) that ISBEM organize as result of a MIUR research announcement. After the Master he won a PhD at University of Pisa on the subject of “Technology for Health: evaluation of management innovations in the biomedical field”, at the University of Pisa. My academic work in this field of research led me to collaborate with prestigious Universities and Schools of High-level Specialization including the University of Pisa, Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, the Universities of Oslo and Antwerp, the University of Foggia, Tor Vergata, the University of Salento, Nostra Signora del Buon consiglio Università of Tirana and LUM Jean Monet.
Since 2015, he is researcher and aggregate professor of Management of Public Administration at University of Salento, Economics Department. He has written numerous scientific articles with national and international editors. His research area examine: accounting, management in health care and risk management.
