URBAN ECONOMICS – OPEN COURSE

East European Center for Research in Economics and Business (ECREB) and Sustainability Center – Green UVT are pleased to invite you to an open meeting of the course URBAN ECONOMICS, master programme GLOBAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP, ECONOMICS AND MANAGEMENT. URBAN ECONOMICS is an introduction to urban development with a strong focus on sustainable development and the lecturer of the course is Mr. Mihail LISETCHI, PhD.

The OPEN COURSE that will take place on April 4,2022 is divided in two sections:

• From 18.00 to 19.00, the first invited speaker Cristina Lisetchi will address the topic: Circular economy (second part): food waste. Mrs. Lisetchi is a policy officer at the Directorate-General for Health and Food Safety of the European Commission, dealing with food loss and waste prevention. 
• From 19.00, the guest will be Adrian Solomon, knowledge & technology transfer manager with expertise in environmentally sustainable and resilient organizations, who will focus on the topic: Challenges of urban living: climate change. Mr. Solomon is currently the director of Helixconnect Europe (Romania) and has managed several R&D projects involving innovative solutions and technologies for organizational competitiveness and compliance.
