Bogdana Glovațchi
Bogdana Glovațchi is a Research Assistant in Marketing at East European Center for Research in Economics and Business (ECREB). At the same time, Bogdana is an associate lecturer at the Western University of Timișoara (Romania), Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Department of Marketing and International Economic Relations. Her research and teaching activities are in the area of IT&C adoption of new technologies from a marketing perspective, with a focus on the future of Marketing, involving the interdisciplinary study of technological innovation and adaptation. Currently, Bogdana is pursuing topics such as the impact of the adoption of new technologies on how markets function, the transformation of business models, as well as the role of marketing in the transition toward a circular economy. Bogdana completed her studies at the Western University of Timișoara, respectively a PhD in Marketing, and a master’s degree in Management and Sales Marketing.
Alina Ionașcu
Alina is a doctoral candidate in Economics at the Doctoral School of Economics and Business Administration, West University of Timișoara. Her multidisciplinary academic background, including Master’s degrees in European Studies and Economic Integration and Business Law, provides a solid foundation for her research on the effects of globalization on sustainable economic development, integrating both economic and legal perspectives. As a research assistant at the East-European Center for Research in Economics and Business (ECREB), Alina conducts advanced data analysis, co-authors impactful academic papers, and helps organize prominent scholarly events. She also disseminates research findings at national and international conferences. Her role as a student evaluator for the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ARACIS) underscores her dedication to academic excellence and quality standards. Her international experience, including an Erasmus+ exchange at Université de Lille, France, has further deepened her engagement with francophone research. Her primary interests include European economic integration, globalization, and their institutional and legal dimensions.
