About the Speaker:
Ivana Kovačević is a Full Professor of Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Organisational Sciences, University of Belgrade. With over two decades of experience in teaching and research in HRM and organisational psychology, she specialises in integrating psychological frameworks into management studies. She holds a PhD in Psychology and is widely recognised for her strong methodological expertise. Her academic work includes numerous international publications, an award-winning monograph, and active engagement in major research initiatives—from digital skills assessment in the Western Balkans to contributions to the ISO committee on human resource management. She regularly teaches research methodology in an international master’s program and contributes to several Erasmus BIP initiatives. Alongside her academic achievements, she has substantial practical experience in reskilling programs, talent development, and organisational consulting. As Head of the Centre for Human Resource Management and a long-standing mentor in MBA and executive education programs, she is known for effectively combining scientific rigour with practical relevance.
In this lecture, she will draw on her methodological expertise and applied research experience to support the development of high-quality and impactful scientific work. She will share methodological insights and applied research perspectives.
